Curious About Our… Roots?

Hey friend! I appreciate you taking the time to click on this page to read a little about my experience and growth, within what is known in the industry as “the tree world.” My name is Andy Bennett, the owner, salesman and arborist for Roots & Ropes Tree Service. Born and raised on the west side of Washington, I have lived in multiple states and even Canada, yet my roots keep pulling me back to live where the mountains and coast line are cloaked in evergreen tree’s. My origin story to being introduced in the tree world began down in Portland Oregon, where a tree man told his climbing and chainsaw stories around a fire. At the time I was looking for a new job and being new to Portland I didn’t really know what direction to go. As I listened to this tree man share his story, two thoughts crossed my mind, “I know how to climb trees, and why am I just now learning that one can get paid to climb trees!”
